Is there any documentation or sample code on the usage of this. We are looking into using ZBar in our Xamarin.iOS application.

Haha no problems. It's basically a 1:1 wrapper around the objective-c library, so read up on that documentation for more info if needed: http://zbar.sourceforge.net/iphone/sdkdoc/index.html
