Add libfuse3 support for fuse2fs #172

This adds ilbfuse3 support to fuse2fs.

@tytso This patch is now included in the fuse2fs shipped with apptainer so it can use the libfuse3 /dev/fuse pre-mount. I'd really rather have it use merged and preferably released code, however, so please review this.
