updated to latest sdk and changed deprecated code for newer android i… #116

…n QSTile.kt added new option of pending intent for newer android and kept older code for version before UPSIDE_DOWN_CAKE

there are nine library updated which is not in this commit. didn't update libraries some library might break the build that's why_will update in other pr commit.
