Login with some cell networks failed
On WiFi ok

durov.ru fails, too - seems to be the problem with userapi itself

maybe it's because we don't fill in userapi connection, some security id or 
site id?

finally found the reason of the problem - I'm not handling
"Редирект на {url сайта}#index.html;sid=-2   Неверно 
введена captcha 
при отсылке email и пароля"
error during login
