already possible.
my idea is to move current tabs to bottom and make add top tabs like in web - 
online/
all/requests, but we have not too much space, especially in landscape. Possibly 
tabs 
could be moved to right or left side.

Good idea, in landscape mode move those tabs to right side.... And from left
