Phone number not accepting country code

Problem: Phone number can only contain numbers. There may be some patients from oversea, in this case, they can't add their phone number with country code.

Team's Response

We did not limit or restrict the number of characters the user can input for phone number as it is expected that foreign numbers may be different from our local 8 digit numbers. So a foreign patient could still input their foreign number just that they need to omit +.
