Create Github Issue Error #42

On Windows 10 when I click "Create Github Issue" I get following error:

 Error running command extension.createGitHubIssue: command 'extension.createGitHubIssue' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes to extension.createGitHubIssue.
