add micro framework css/js

add ultra small css and js framework for basic unified styling and ajax view support

make compile optional or an extension, so as so keep core as small as possible still.

how about giving this as an option for people willing to add FS to the sketch? so the following scenarios are possible

• nothing in FS, it uses the internal, minimal html/css already embeded in the lib, no frills, just minimum requiered to configure an esp
• user uploads a site to FS, lib responds with portal from the FS. a standard app which can be a lot nicer can come with the lib, but uploading it is still optional. it also leaves the possibility of third parties making/uploading/configuring the app
