Enze, the tests run, but there seems to be some problem with the detection:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX finish processing... all->51 contam->0

It should detect 1 ecoli-contaminated read, right?

Roman, you sure? I checked both on my machine and UPPMAX. Both showed the correct result.
