This is not a feature flaw as it is not stated in our DG or UG that we have a duplicate checker implemented and hence this should not be a bug.

I realized that a duplicate checker for ingredients was indeed implemented before submitting this bug report. Hence, this should indeed be a Feature Flaw, as the duplicates are not handled consistently.
