webif refuses to install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run opkg on new install of R.09_RC1
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
output should be successful installation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
Asus 500GLP

This is beause luci is installed, please remove luci or use -force-overwrite to 
install

indeed, I was unaware that a web controlling interface (luci) was included by 
default
to 8.09 RC1.
