exposed settings for:

rounding precision (python) [env var COMFYUI_PROFILER_PRECISION (int)]
turning off the log spam (python) [env var COMFYUI_PROFILER_LOG_TIME (bool)]
Label precision in UI display [settings panel (int)] default gitignore
