Initial Drupal Setup #16

Maybe we will use this theme https://github.com/zetagraph/formata as a starter, i have fixed issues in the template https://github.com/zetagraph/formata/issues/6 its working now with the current D8.

Currently i have the issue, that there is no D8 version of https://www.drupal.org/project/webform and https://www.drupal.org/project/entityform is not working for me :-( We need this to configure forms http://www.magekarma.com/request-a-review/ but maybe i can do it by "hand".

I will work on the homepage and the design now...

Too many things are broken or missing in D8 currently, i will create a new branch call drupal7 and will continue working there.
