Changed to streamline with ODB #30

Consistent import for openseespy.opensees as ops
plot_model() changed to streamline the plotting from an output database.
plot_modeshape() changed to streamline the plotting from an output database.
plot_deformedshape() will be changed soon.
recordNodeDisp() is no longer needed.
The new procedure was checked for multiple examples to make sure it is working.

@cslotboom I have updated the code to streamline the plotting from an active OpenSeesPy model and a saved ODB. I had to change some functions and variable names.
