newpax file cannot reside in a subfolder #19

If the pdf to be included resides in a subfolder and \includegraphics{subfolder/x.pdf} is called, the .newpax file is expected to be stored in the main folder, and not the subfolder. I don't know if that can be fixed or if it is some kind of restriction.

Please always provide something to test the issue. At best, as subfolders are involved, in a zip file.
