Add JSDoc for GlideTime.d.ts #2

I found a bunch of methods in the ServiceNow docs that were missing in the Definitely Typed definitions. Tim's file (ES6) had them. Not sure why they were missing, I'm adding them.

Thanks! There may be some missing things in one or the other depending on what ServiceNow version they used, and whether or not it's docs for the global or scoped API. We'll sort that out later though.
