Fix the build.

Wow, so much much breakage. It no longer starts correctly but at least builds.

I kinda suspected the move to installcommand replacing init, but we'll see.

I have no idea what the hell is going on with the hub tool.

part of the problem is that globbing is broken in the u-root tool again. I give up; I'll just use the core template.
