dhclient used to be a bit broken, but we want to run it in process anyway.

Implement DHCPv4 and set hostname accordingly.

I'm unclear what this means - implement dhcpv4?

U-bmc should get an IP address using DHCPv4 is what I mean, I should probably have worded it a bit better
