Feature request: error checking

miu parsing should have some rudimentary error checking in each section. For example:

• error for undefined literals
• warning for unused literals
• error if a node or edge is untagged
• error if no initial or accepting nodes, or of initial/accepting node indices are not a subset of allowed node indices
• error if the system section does not define A, B, Q, R, x0, xf

Agreed. These are important features to add.

Add this example:

• checking for missing brackets (e.g. A = [[2,-2],[1,0];). It currently terminates with maximum depth reached error.
