Description: when 2+ segments with different names but with same markers exist, and one of those segments has to be deleted because not involved into the joints selected, then also the markers are deleted for the segment to keep, and this creates an issue during computation.
How to replicate it: in the list of wanted joints select, for a bilateral protocol, the right trunk and not the left trunk, or vice-versa.
