The Venue custom post type has not been configured to allow an Excerpt in the post properties panel. This means the WM can not set up an appropriate excerpt for a Venue to override the default WordPress content extract.

Fixing this just means adding 'excerpt' to the 'supports' array when defining the CPT.
Note: the Group CPT does not provide support for excerpts either. Might as well add this at the same time.
