Upgrade to SDL-2.26.5 #48

Initial attempt. Static build is working for me on Kubuntu 22.04.

We'll see when the Actions run how many of the other builds may be broken. Especially cross-compiling ones, as there seemed to be a lot of bug-fixes to get that working.

@SirNate0 builds without issues on Arch with X11. :+1:

Did not test Wayland. I'll run the build on a few older machines and report back.
