fix: Quote $GITHUB_OUTPUT envvar to match documentation #49

As a followup to my last PR (https://github.com/u3dreal/molecular-plus/pull/45), this PR fixes the incorrect use of $GITHUB_OUTPUT envvar. This PR updates it to be within quotes, so that the whole string, including spaces or special characters, is treated as a single argument or value.
