No restaurants shown at the first time the "Restaurants" icon is clicked #14

It happens to both Android and iPhone. I thought it's GPS but John doubts it, I 
kind of agree with him now. For the first time if we click Restaurant icon, it 
always show blank, no restaurants displayed. Although the default mile "0.5 
mile" is shown at top, no matter where i go, the first time always blank.
