Mileage calculation is wrong if range is set as 0.5 miles #19

There is a restaurant near my place, the distance is 0.489 mile. However, if i 
choose mileage range to be 0.5 mile, this restaurant won't get displayed. But 
if i choose mileage to be 1 mile, then it will displayed. Something wrong in 
the mileage comparison.
