Save user's lag/lng into database after user login #25

After logon, send back Lat/Long to elgg_user_entity table. If lat/long is 
existing in the table, move it to elgg_user_location_history table

We need a little more discussion on this. 
We should also save the lat/long when user checkin. 
We could even save the lat/long whenever a user searches for business (if the 
user is logged on).
