iphone app crash at search range 0.1 mile #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set right server
2. go to restaurants, you'll see a list
3. change range to 0.1 and hit refresh button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see 0 result. App closed.

However, if you set range to 0 and refresh, it shows 0 result, no crash.

Since it's difficult for user to accurately set it to 0.1 mile due to the size 
of the slider, the chance of this happening is very small. 

I might change the range selector to SegmentedControl from the slider. Slider 
is not easy to set to exact number.
