Need to add Race in dating user information #61

in Profile, you didn't have "Race", Race can be an optional field, user may 
choose not to disclose it, like "I don't want to disclose". Race is for some 
users who want to search for a specific race.

In searching criteria, if user choose race "Any", the search results should 
include those people who don't want to disclose their race.

fixed. will take effect next time when I rebuild ws-test.
