As a medical researcher I want a convenient way to upload files for conversion so that it's easily accessible #5

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The GUI must have a select button to select the files to be uploaded.
  2. It should allow folder upload.
  3. There needs to a way to view the files selected in the GUI
  4. Must meet the wireframe design
  5. If a file is selected by mistake, we must also have the possibility to remove it from the list

Since the select file button is already working, @Julius0615 to work on the dropbox where files can be dropped to be selected.
