As a medical researcher I want a consolidated set of data on the medical records uploaded to the DB so that it will help with analysis of CFS #6

Acceptance Criteria

  1. There must be an upload button to upload the files.
  2. Uploaded files data must be moved to the database.
  3. In case the record already exists, a dialogue box should inform the user allowing them to choose to overwrite or cancel action.
