Windows 10: Resume video last positon not working #295

Resume from last played position not working on Windows 10. The ini file has the position stored when I close the video. But for some reason it is not starting from that location.

Version - 2.0.4.0 Windows 10 Pro Build - 18363.959, Version - 1909
