Added link to Iskra AM550 which is also used in E.ON's grid.

Thanks for the PR. But I am not sure that we should include the AM550 under E.ON since the will not enable the HAN-port for those meters.

Actually. We could say "HAN-port aktiverar ej HAN-port på denna mätartypen" and fix #7 . Please use the markdown format and not the HTML.
