paypal-communication.com is blocked by uBlock #1828

This is a legit domain owned by paypal (certificates and everything) even though Paypal own support is dumb enough to claim it isn't. It also redirects to paypal.com (is used to track emails, I believe). So why is it blocked by easylist and uBlock?
