what's the issue ?

Try clean Windows PC by AdwCleaner & Malwarebytes, on macOS by Malwarebytes (AdwCleaner was not ported), on GNU/Linux maybe use clean backup of Chromium or all home or OS partition.

To block open 18+ pages you should manually subscribe list if found good quality on e.g. filterlists.com.
