Can’t reproduce too
For me it only disappears if I activate "AdGuard Tracking Protection" - but this list is in the "Privacy" section, not in the "Ads" section which is counterintuitive.
The ad in your screenshot is from AdDefend and it is fixed on my end in uBO-filters
if I disable that list I can reproduce.
for me it's:

maybe I get different content with a German IP?
I can't reproduce using a German IP.
If it works for you add the filter from Adguard to your filters list
||ohcohz.stroeerdp.de^$3p
By the way the image you posted https://ohcohz.stroeerdp.de/timgex.....
is a tracking pixel which is the reason it's blocked in a list in the privacy section.
ah right. so here's the full table, maybe this is better for debugging (bottom one is with ad shown, top one with ad filtered. only change was toggling AdGuard Tracking Protection on.
yeah, I can fix for me. I'm just worried they're circumventing for a lot more users.
Looks just like my logger output. Like I said I can reproduce your ads if I disable uBO-filters, there is not much for me to do really. Three users can't reproduce, so it seems to be something on your end.
@tueksta did you try disabling all other extensions in chrome ?
I'm giving up, not worth so much time from us all.
Reset to default settings(update any list/s that needs updating), then activate DEU list, disable all other extensions you have and then try again.
@tueksta I see that you have 103 user filters. Try disabling them by unchecking "My filters" in the "Filter lists" tab. You also have 5 rules. Verify them too.
Default settings, disabling all extensions, removing user filters and user rules. Nothing helps, without that Adguard Tracking Protection list I see the ad.
Maybe they have special treatment for Vivaldi Browser?
Vivaldi has an integrated Ad Blocker that could interfere with our filters. Make sure that you have disabled it.
ah, that's it. When I disable vivaldi adblocker it works as expected. So weird, do they have filter lists that explicitly allow adexchange, or is it just breaking things accidentally?
(also mind browser built-in blockers)
Mentioned in the checkbox you checked.
