Describe the issue

-Applies to: ALL shows that display ad segments.

Worked perfectly fine in Windows 11. However, I downgraded to 10 and now the ads are back. Tried everything from custom lists/filters (now disabled back to defaults with same result). I'm not sure what happened.

Try resetting uBO to default settings then update all your lists (how to do this: click "Purge all caches", then click "Update now")

Thank you for replying. I "Purged All Caches" and clicked the "Update Now" button. Fully restarted Firefox. No dice - still displaying ads I'd like to note, this was a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, coming from a working state in W11-Pro

As hulu asks for an (paid) account we can't do much. I guess is using SSAI too.

Alright. Thanks for looking into it at least. I was just confused why it was working on w11 and not 10. To be clear, the Hulu account IS subscribed to the "ad free" option. They did an uno reverse in claiming "some shows still have ads because networks" which is why I seek to remove the ads.
