Although I see the rule hit, I can't reproduce the issue. @AdamWr Pls take a look.

I cannot reproduce it either, but if I'm not wrong, it looks like that website displays this element only if there is a video loaded from external source. I guess that it may be displayed only sometimes, so I have added this rule.

Possible, and if I use VPN they didn't show contents.

Maybe bit risky? I can't reproduce with Spanish VPN, the rule hides ad under article though. @AdamWr Can you check?

I can reproduce with Vietnamese IP, and looks like this site is in Portuguese so maybe Brazil / Portugal IP might help?

I'm not at PC right now so can't check the DOM in more details but there's not much attributes to narrow down if I remember correctly.
