Description

This may be hard to fix because you have to have an active paid subscription on a website with the Chargebee portal.

To assist with investigating this issue, I can supply my login details to this site through a private communication channel so that you can take a look at how to fix it.

Anyways, the Chargebee portal is a self-serve portal that operates as a popup where you can manage your subscription, such as downloading invoices/receipts, updating/canceling plans, updating payment details, updating billing information, etc.
