I think the Toutes tes copines AI section on the main page is an ad. The same ad also appear on the top row of https://www.japscan.lol/mangas/. There is also an ad banner on the top of pages like https://www.japscan.lol/lecture-en-ligne/jujutsu-kaisen/249/

I think there was a detection in a script for the xhr
