Apparently if you open the console on the site it just auto-redirects to google.com
. No clue where it's coming from at all but it's annoying.

when you watch the mycloud host and pause the video there is this annoying banner in the center of the frame. i tried finding a way to block it but of course the dumb site restricts any use of the console including going back to the front page if breakpoints are disabled or not.
anyway to fix this?
the banner is back when you pause the video. @mapx-
fixed

Describe the issue
Occasionally clicking any link on 9anime will pull up Google's favicon (weird, I know), and then that page will then start to redirect to other pages. This is also happening with
static.akacdn.ru
, which appears to be their image server. It's somewhat difficult to reproduce, as it's random.Screenshot(s)
It's hard to describe this using screenshots. All I really would be showing is any page from the site. Hopefully I described the issue well enough so it's understandable.

Notes
I think the use of Google's favicon and
static.akacdn.ru
are attempts to bypass adblockers (as you wouldn't want to block legitimate pages). There's probably some script injected somewhere that tells it after a set amount of time to redirect that same page elsewhere. This comment from Reddit goes in to detail explaining how it's apparently a heavily modifiedcssgram.min.css
andzeroclipboard.min.js
causing the popups, with included filters for blocking it (which involves blocking the entire script from running). There's also bit.ly links being used to "circumvent" uBlock Origin, but I disagree, because the links they redirect to are still being blocked.Completely unrelated to the issue, but I've seen use of
wynather.com
, which appeared to just be an image, but maybe it was a tracking pixel (I haven't seen it in the logger recently).
