Describe the issue

Big banners from webshops Coolblue.nl, bol.com and kameraexpress.nl stay visible even after blocking via MyFilters.

The problem is that the images keep reappearing after a page refresh (after blocking) because other names/variables are used. Here some examples of unwanted banners that keep reappearing:

Is there something we can do about it? Creating ads and banners is one thing, but really forcing them down the users throat by bypassing uBlock is very intrusive.

Stick to default filterlists.

default settings + update all lists (and remove all those custom filters)

I just reset everything to defaults and removed myfilters, but all banners reappear on this URL: https://tweakers.net/videokaarten/vergelijken/

I evicted the cache with CTRL+F5. Same result. The banner ||tweakers.net/i/chained_dUTOed_ZQevJlopijkiblbg=/1280x400/filters:max_bytes(102400):strip_icc()/i/5586559325.jpeg$image keeps reappearing as: ||tweakers.net/i/chained_dUTOed_ZQevJlopijkiblbg=/1280x400/filters:max_bytes(102400):strip_icc()/i/1269050858.jpeg$image

Disable any other extensions + disable ETP.

Just restarted the browser with no addons except uBlock Origin: same result. ETP in Firefox put on normal and allowed all cookies. Same result.

open the logger, refresh the page, post here the screenshots of all requests in the logger

The existing filters are working fine
