I get bad requests from vgfxnrvpd.top with popups

I still get many crap requests and popups, its delayed a few seconds. I get ad scripts coming from:

I can not reproduce in Mozilla Firefox (I did VPN to the US so maybe that makes a difference): I only see it if Comedic filtering is disabled

I get requests from domains like adkchsxxvrs.top with popups. EL already mass adding these domains but they change to fast
