Opera Browser Issue with YouTube

There seems to be an issue with YouTube blocking video advertisements at the start of the video intermittently when using Opera. The issue happens even if everything is up to date. For example - I load Opera, go to YouTube, and sign in. When I start a video I will get a video advertisement.

If I check the sire "https://drhyperion451.github.io/does-uBO-bypass-yt/" it shows that I have the latest version.

If I exit Opera and restart it I may still have the issue. Once again I will completely close out Opera, restart it, and try it again. (even closed it from Task Manager and/or checked it was closed) Anyway, This may happen upwards of 4 or 5 times before I stop seeing the advertisements. If I do not quit and restart Opera it will continue to show ads in videos.

There is something that I have tried that makes the issue go away right away. If I go into flags, (opera://flags/) and just change any flag and change it back (doing this to get the Relaunch Button...) If I relaunch the browser this way through flags instead of closing out Opera and restarting the app it fixes the issue right away. If it's a coincidence for some reason it works every time for me) Dunno why this works.

This has been a problem for about 2 ... maybe 3 weeks to my knowledge.
