Enabling "AdGuard Turkish" causes cosmetic and scriptlet injection to fail everywhere #236

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open dashboard, enable "AdGuard Turkish"
  2. Navigate to youtube.com

Result: Sponsored tiles, pre-roll video ads. This is not specific to Youtube, this happens on all sites.

Error in uBOL's dev console:

Error: Script with ID 'tur-0.prevent-xhr' has invalid value for matches[0]: Host can not be empty.

Possibly regression from https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/commit/58bfe4c846.
