Spam404 seems kinda dead

Prerequisites

[X] I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue
[X] The issue is not present after wholly disabling uBlock Origin ("uBO") in the browser

[X] uBO is the only extension
[X] using a new, unmodified browser profile

Description

With https://github.com/Spam404/lists/blob/master/adblock-list.txt last updated in late May 2021, and approx. 60% of its domain entries dead, it could be time to question that list's continued inclusion in uBO.

I could've easily found 3 or more anti-malware lists to replace it with, hadn't it been for uBO continuously banning list-suggestions since mid-2018. Just know that I'd be ready to help with that.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Go to https://github.com/Spam404/lists 2) Notice they were last updated 5 months ago. 3) Run either of the two list versions through whichever tool you guys prefer to find dead domains. 4) Notice that a majority of the domains are dead or down.

Expected behavior

That uBO's anti-malware lists consist of decently often updated and dead-domain-purged lists.

Actual behavior

uBO contains three anti-malware lists, of which only Badware Risks is of high value at the current time.
