Browser Opera : Element Zapper or Picker only recognized on the main workspace

Description

Since the Opera One v.100.0.4815.21 (maybe before), the uBlock Origin extension for Opera no longer works as expected.

The extension uBlock Origin for Opera only recognizes the main workspace. When you try to use Element Zapper or Picker in a website on another workspace, the extension is still focus on the active tab of the main workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a website (as Google) on the main workspace
2. Open an another website (as Reddit) on an another workspace
3. Try to use Element Zapper or Picker on the another website (Reddit)

Expected behavior

The Element Zapper should be able to select elements from the page being viewed (Reddit).

Actual behavior

The Element Zapper stays focused on the main workspace's website (Google).

When you try to use Element Zapper or Picker in a website on another workspace, the extension is still focus on the active tab of the main workspace

I cannot reproduce this with Opera 100.0.4815.54. When I switch workspaces, uBO's popup panel reflects the currently active tab in the currently active workspace, and the zapper/picker work fine.

Gave a second read to the issue and I understand better what is being reported, and I can reproduce.

The element picker being activate in one workspace prevents another element picker from being launched in another workspace.
