Examples update warmstart and driver files (closes #90) #106

Warmstart (102) and driver (501) files are updated to with input file changes from #89. I also sneaked in an additional file for 201, specifying where green space should be, if that ever gets implemented.

it's a bit annoying atm but there are none for public repos so this will not be an issue as soon as we open source it. In any case the limit gets rest on the 24th of Nov so it should be back on then
