Make uDALES v2.0 the master branch. #190

uDALES v2.0 was developed in the ecse branch, with v1.0 remaining in the master. Since v2.0 is now stable and has been published, this PR sets v2.0 to be the master.

I have checked it looks fine to me. Good to go for merge.
