[2022-03] Upbit Client examine The way of JWT Authentication

According to this document, The Upbit Open API is scheduled to be updated on the JWT signature method in March 2022. However, since our project used Swagger, The logic of the Open API authentication method in this code seems unchanged, but it should be kept in mind.
