Skipped commits:

PR #5632: 01ced20eca837d111b8134d855cf382241ffceef , Delete redundant cppzmq dependency (Dependency list are currently different, this will be applied later on).

Others:

PR #5539 contains a small gitian change related to but I skipped it for this batch because the commit contains other changes to non-gitian files.
